Your mission

Technical Support (2nd & 3rd Line): 
  • Take technical ownership of prioritized service cases and drive them to a sustainable resolution. 
  • Coordinate and manage all necessary cross-functional activities, provide remote technical support to Field Service Engineers and customers, and perform detailed technical analyses to identify root causes of complex issues. 
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on solution plans in close collaboration with the global service organization.
Knowledge Management & Information Sharing: 
  • Serve as a technical expert for service teams and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on complex technical challenges. 
  • Identify recurring issues and underlying systemic weaknesses, driving sustainable corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Develop and deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing programs to strengthen global service capabilities. 
  • Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams and ensure the successful service readiness, handover, and global deployment of new products and technologies.
Data Analysis: 
  • Conduct in-depth technical analyses to identify root causes of complex system failures and performance limitations. 
  • Evaluate support cases, diagnostic data, and key performance indicators to detect patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Translate data-driven insights into corrective actions and long-term solutions that enhance product performance, service effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical EngineeringMechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of nanotechnology
  • Experience with troubleshooting and technical analysis of complex systems
  • Proven ability to lead laterally through trust and clear communication
  • Knowledge of internal processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
