You make sure guests enjoy a smooth, fun, and memorable experience while keeping the space safe, welcoming, and spotless. Together with fellow Supervisors and Floor Managers, you oversee the implementation of guidelines and procedures, while keeping the visitor experience top-notch. You lead daily briefings, manage breaks and staff schedules, and motivate your team to deliver excellent service. You strike the right balance between being approachable and fun, while also taking firm decisions when needed. From solving operational challenges to supporting and coaching team members, you make sure everything runs seamlessly. You also monitor cleanliness and maintenance, coordinate with cleaning teams, and act as the first point of contact for both staff and visitors. By spotting bottlenecks and suggesting improvements, you actively contribute to an even better guest experience. Background & Experience MBO+ level of education or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role in hospitality or events. Proven experience leading operational teams in a guest-focused environment. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent organizational skills; able to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and highly responsible. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Core Responsibilities

Lead daily floor operations to ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience. Brief and schedule staff, manage breaks, coach and motivate the team, coordinate cleanliness and maintenance, resolve operational issues, and identify improvements.

Requirements

Requires MBO+ education or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory or coordinating experience in hospitality or events, and experience leading operational teams in a guest-focused environment. Candidates need strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in Dutch and English.
