In deze functie krijg je de kans om je technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen via een combinatie van boeiende opleidingsprogramma's en een doorlopende training on the job, verzorgd door een Senior Technician. Je gaat werken bij een van onze world class Service Centers in Nederland. In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Senior Technician. You will be working at one of our world class Service Centers in the Netherlands. What You'll Do Banden vervangen Wielen wisselen Vloeistoffen bijvullen Deurgrepen vervangen (dit is een Tesla-specifieke reparatie, het is goed om te weten hoe dit wordt uitgevoerd) Wisserbladen vervangen Jaarlijkse service uitvoeren (dit is een Tesla-specifieke reparatie, het is goed om te weten hoe dit wordt uitgevoerd) Vier wieluitlijning (kennis en alle basisprincipes die te maken hebben met het uitlijnen van een voertuig) Aandrijfeenheid vervangen (dit is een Tesla-specifieke reparatie, het is goed om te weten hoe dit wordt uitgevoerd) Basisdiagnostiek Carrosserie-aanpassingen Bedienen van diverse hand-, elektrische en werkplaatsgereedschappen Uitvoeren van apparatuur inspecties en -kalibraties Uitvoeren van PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) van nieuwe auto's Tyre changes Wheel swaps Fluid replenishments Door handles (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed) Wiper blade replacements Annual service (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed) 4 Wheel alignment (understanding and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle) Drive unit replacements (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed) Basic diagnostics Body adjustments Operate a variety of hand, power and shop tools Perform equipment inspections and calibrations Perform PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) of new cars What You'll Bring Je moet gedurende de stageperiode ingeschreven staan op school Sterk gevoel voor teammentaliteit en betrouwbaarheid Positief, enthousiast en gepassioneerd over de veranderingen in de transportsector Niveau C1 in de Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven) Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om instructies op te volgen Vermogen om zakelijke kwesties en technische concepten te begrijpen en over te brengen Wij geven de voorkeur aan kandidaten met een Europees rijbewijs en een veilig rijgedrag Computer basisvaardigheden (Excel, Word, Outlook, web) You have to be enrolled in education for the full duration of this apprenticeship Strong sense of team mentality and reliability Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the transportation industry Level C1 in English language (spoken and written) Good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts We prefer candidates with an European driver’s license with a safe driving record Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web) , Tesla

Core Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including tire and wheel changes, fluid replenishment, wiper and door handle replacement, four-wheel alignment, and basic diagnostics. Operate workshop tools and carry out equipment inspections, calibrations, body adjustments, and pre-delivery inspections, while developing technical skills through training with a Senior Technician.

Requirements

Applicants must remain enrolled in education throughout the apprenticeship and have strong teamwork, reliability, communication, and instruction-following skills. They need C1-level spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and an ability to understand and communicate business and technical concepts; a European driver’s license and safe driving record are preferred.
