Together, we Make the Place. THE TEAM As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help create memorable dining experiences across Restaurant Eeuwen and The Court Lounge. Working alongside service professionals, culinary teams, and fellow beverage specialists, you will contribute to an environment where exceptional hospitality, quality, and genuine connections are at the heart of every guest interaction. Reporting to the Restaurant or Outlet Manager, you will play an important role in delivering seamless service in these vibrant dining venues. YOUR ROLE As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages while providing warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. Combining classic bartending techniques with barista expertise, you will create memorable moments through expertly prepared drinks and genuine hospitality. This role is based within Restaurant Eeuwen and The Court Lounge and focuses on enhancing the dining and lounge experience rather than traditional bar operations. Through your passion for quality and guest engagement, you will contribute to the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation and the Rosewood guest journey. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards. Create specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages with skill, consistency, and attention to detail. Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service that enhances the guest experience. Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation of beverage preparation areas. Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service practices are followed at all times. Replenish beverage, coffee, and service supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have experience as both a bartender and barista within a hospitality-focused environment. You possess strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, specialty coffee, and espresso-based beverages. You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service. You communicate confidently, build rapport easily, and enjoy engaging with guests. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. You are flexible and adaptable, with availability to support varying business needs, including evenings and weekends.
