Together, we Make the Place. THE TEAM As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help create memorable dining experiences through warm, intuitive service and genuine hospitality. Working alongside restaurant leaders, culinary teams, and fellow service professionals, you will contribute to a seamless guest journey across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional service standards that define the Rosewood experience. YOUR ROLE As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating meaningful connections and delivering attentive, personalized service throughout every dining occasion. Through your product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, you will help ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Your contribution will support the success of the Food & Beverage operation while helping create memorable moments that inspire guests to return. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Welcome guests warmly and create a positive dining experience from arrival through departure. Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining the highest presentation and service standards. Share menu knowledge, provide recommendations, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain clean, organized, and professionally presented tables and service areas. Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and exceptional service. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have experience in a restaurant, hotel, or guest-focused service environment. You maintain a positive, professional attitude and consistently deliver service with care and attention to detail. You are flexible and adaptable, with availability to support a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Take and process orders, serve food and beverages, share menu recommendations, maintain clean service areas, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

Candidates should have experience in a restaurant, hotel, or other guest-focused service environment and a passion for hospitality. They should communicate confidently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, maintain a professional and detail-oriented approach, and be available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
