Job Description Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Talent, Capability & Workplace Experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the recruitment subject matter expert ensuring optimal resourcing and best-practice recruitment across assigned domains in line with ELMO's Talent Acquisition Strategy. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role approval to offer via a proactive, search-based model. Build talent pipelines, consult with hiring managers, create job descriptions aligned with competency frameworks, coach interviewers, and drive selection tools and assessment feedback. AI Integration & Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI tools (such as Gemini & Glean) into sourcing, engagement, and administration to improve speed, impact, and workflow efficiency. Onboarding & Compliance: Manage pre-employment background checks, visa/sponsorship eligibility via legal counsel, offer letter composition, and cross-team coordination to deliver a seamless new hire experience. Employer Branding & Diversity: Develop role-specific value propositions aligned with ELMO's EVP. Champion unconscious bias awareness, promote D&I hiring initiatives, and manage talent communities across social platforms like LinkedIn. Systems & Governance: Maintain ATS hygiene, generate ad-hoc reporting, troubleshoot platforms, and ensure strict adherence to anti-discrimination laws and information security policies. Desired Skills And Experience Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house). Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bloom. Stakeholder Management: Proven capability in building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, senior management, and candidates. Core Competencies: Smart, politically savvy, and flexible with a strong drive to achieve outcomes amidst competing priorities. AI & Innovation Drive: Comfort exploring or adopting AI-driven sourcing and administrative workflow tools. Values & Attributes: High degree of accountability, respect, confidentiality, and collaboration. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred. Core Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, talent pipeline development, hiring manager consultation, interview support, candidate assessment, offers, and onboarding compliance. Improve recruitment workflows through AI tools, employer branding, diversity initiatives, ATS governance, reporting, and adherence to legal and information security requirements.

Requirements

Applicants need at least four years of end-to-end recruitment experience and proficiency with ATS platforms, HR databases, and job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bloom. Strong stakeholder and candidate relationship skills, accountability, confidentiality, flexibility, and interest in AI-enabled workflows are expected; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
