The Recruitment Experience Designer is a new role focused on one thing: making the experience of applying to us, and hiring within us, genuinely better. You'll look at our process through the eyes of candidates and hiring managers, spot what's working and what isn't, and design something worth remembering. You'll also get to experiment. Test AI tools. Try things. See what the future of recruiting could look like and help us get there. This is an early-career role with real ownership. We're not looking for someone with all the answers. We're looking for someone with the right questions. Your daily impact: Map and improve the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager journey Optimise our career website and ATS (CEGID Talent Acquisition) for experience, not just function Identify friction points and design better touchpoints across four countries Actively test and experiment with AI tools and new technologies that could improve how we recruit Strengthen the visibility of our careers site and employer brand across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms Run small pilots, gather feedback, and translate findings into recommendations Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and our Group IT team to bring ideas to life Join us in a newly created role where you'll help shape the future of recruitment across four European markets! Core Responsibilities

Map and improve the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience, optimizing the careers website and Cegid Talent Acquisition across four countries. Experiment with AI and other technologies, improve careers-site visibility and employer branding, run pilots, analyze feedback, and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and Group IT to implement recommendations.

Requirements

The role seeks an early-career candidate with a service design, UX, or marketing mindset, strong English communication skills, curiosity about technology, and the ability to combine analytical and creative thinking. A background in UX, HR, communications, or marketing is relevant; experience with ATS or HR platforms is a bonus, and other European languages are an advantage.
