Company Description BAUER Funderingstechniek is the Dutch subsidiary of the BAUER Group’s construction division, specializing in deep and special foundation projects across the Benelux region. Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in Netherlands, the plant operator / driller contributes to the execution of deep foundation and special foundation works on construction sites. Daily tasks include operating and assisting with drilling and grout mixing equipment and supporting the installation of anchor piles, grout anchors, according to project specifications and safety standards. The role involves reading and following work instructions, cooperating closely with site supervisors and highly motivated colleagues, and helping with equipment setup, inspection, and basic maintenance. Qualifications Practical experience or strong interest in foundation, civil, or construction work, preferably with drilling or piling activities. Ability to safely operate or assist with heavy construction equipment and tools, and willingness to learn company-specific machinery. Basic technical understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and work instructions, with attention to detail and quality. Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards, including adherence to site rules and use of personal protective equipment. Team-oriented mindset, reliable work attitude, and good communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to adapt to different project locations and schedules. Valid driving license and proficiency in Dutch; basic English or German language skills are beneficial.

Requirements
