We are hiring: Food Labelling Specialist Herman Kuijper B.V. is looking for a Food Labelling Specialist to strengthen our Quality & Compliance team. The main focus of this role is food label creation and review for our range of food products. You will be responsible for ensuring that labels are accurate, complete and compliant with applicable European requirements and local law requirements. Key responsibilities include: Creating and reviewing food labels and artwork Reviewing ingredient lists, allergens, nutrition information and product specifications Assessing product and ingredient information for label accuracy Coordinating label changes with suppliers and internal teams Keeping track of relevant food labelling requirements and regulatory updates We are looking for someone with: A degree or professional background in Food Science or a related field Good knowledge or interest in food products and food labelling Strong attention to detail and an organised approach Knowledge of EU food law and food labelling regulations Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team Experience in food labelling, regulatory affairs or quality assurance is an advantage Location: Amstelveen, The Netherlands Herman Kuijper B.V. Core Responsibilities

Create and review food labels and artwork, checking ingredient lists, allergens, nutrition information, product specifications, and product data for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate label changes with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor relevant food labelling requirements and regulatory updates.

Requirements

A degree or professional background in Food Science or a related field is sought, along with knowledge of or interest in food products and labelling and knowledge of EU food law. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organised, and able to communicate and work independently and collaboratively; experience in food labelling, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance is an advantage.
