Job Purpose and primary objectives: Provide IT program and portfolio management support across Royal Philips Integrated Supply Chain & Finance IT. Strengthen governance, executive reporting, portfolio coordination, strategic analysis, and decision support across Manufacturing IT transformation initiatives including Future MES, Digital Factory, ERP Automation, Integrated Warehousing & Distribution, and AI. Key responsibilities Coordinate strategic programs and portfolio activities across a multi-vendor, multi-site environment. Prepare decision briefs, portfolio updates, dashboards, and governance materials for ExCo and SteerCo forums. Support Future MES solution framing through manufacturing-complexity mapping, financial analysis, requirements support, and vendor-option evaluation. Support Digital Factory, ERP Automation, IWD, Future MES, and AI workstreams through planning, analysis, governance, and reporting. Maintain visibility of initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, ownership, and priorities. Design and operate stakeholder-engagement models, governance cadence, and reporting frameworks across manufacturing sites. Engage IT Directors, Domain Leads, vendors, site stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support timely decisions and execution. Contribute to annual operating plan and portfolio-prioritization activities. Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities: Individual contributor / program leadership role working across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams. Direct people-management responsibility. Other responsibilities. Budgets, targets, equipment etc: Support portfolio planning, budget and commercial analysis, vendor coordination, contract-related inputs, performance reporting, and delivery against agreed governance milestones and transformation objectives. Must Have Skills/Knowledge: IT program, portfolio, or PMO management. Governance design and execution. Executive reporting and decision support. Strategic planning, research, and analysis. Stakeholder engagement and senior-management communication. Manufacturing or Supply Chain IT transformation exposure. Portfolio coordination across multiple workstreams, sites, and vendor. Risk, dependency, timeline, and ownership tracking. Contract and vendor management. Fluent professional English Good to Have Skills/Knowledge. Integrated Supply Chain & Finance IT domain knowledge Future MES and SAP MES / Digital Factory exposure. ERP Automation, Integrated Warehousing & Distribution. Industry 4.0, and AI initiative exposure. ExCo and SteerCo governance support. Annual operating-plan and portfolio-prioritization support. Commercial, P&L, procurement, and contract-management experience. Preferred Experience Range: 15+ years of relevant experience; candidate profile reflects 18+ years across engineering, operations, IT transformation, program delivery, commercial leadership, and enterprise governance. Prepare executive governance materials and decision support, contribute to strategic and financial analysis, and support stakeholder engagement, portfolio planning, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

The role requires 15 or more years of relevant experience, with strong IT program, portfolio, or PMO management capabilities and experience in governance, executive reporting, strategic analysis, and senior stakeholder communication. Candidates should have exposure to manufacturing or supply chain IT transformation and be able to coordinate multiple workstreams, sites, vendors, risks, dependencies, and timelines; professional fluency in English is required.
