If you have the skills and creativity to wow our guests with every dish, we want you! What is the role? Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our menu and concept. Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards. Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served. Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity. Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists. Guide and develop trainees and apprentices. Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures. Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments. Core Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, portion, garnish, and present high-quality dishes while maintaining ingredient freshness, food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance. Manage stock and daily inventory, guide trainees and apprentices, and coordinate effectively with other departments.

Requirements

The candidate should work well with others in a dynamic kitchen, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude. They should also adapt to changing situations and handle stress effectively; eligibility to work in the Netherlands or EU is required.
