Job Title: Logistics Quality Manager Europe SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Coordinate, lead and continuously improve XPeng vehicle logistics quality related activities across Europe. Responsible for ensuring consistent quality standards across finished vehicle transportation, handling, terminals, compounds, workshops and logistics service providers, while driving supplier performance, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead vehicle logistics quality activities across multiple European markets and logistics service provider partners Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve vehicle logistics quality standards, procedures and KPIs Monitor quality performance, vehicle damages, claims, delivery issues and customer complaints – lead root-cause analysis, investigations, preventive and corrective actions Conduct quality audits of carriers, terminals, compounds – drive supplier assessments, quality performance reviews, escalation management Ensure compliance with XPeng quality standards across the vehicle supply chain – identify recurring quality issues and implement sustainable process improvements Prepare logistics quality performance reports and present key findings to improve vehicle logistics efficiency both for compound operations and transportation services Work closely with vehicle logistics planning and operations functions to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries with maximizing service quality level Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, aftersales etc.) and country organizations to secure sufficient logistics quality support for XPeng OTD process. PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: University/College degree, with specialization on Business Studies / Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering-Quality management and/or equivalent experience PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Several years of relevant experience in the field of supply chain, logistics quality - automotive / finished vehicle logistics experience strongly preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS:Fluent English oral, written. Additional language (Mandarin, German, etc.) is a plus COMPUTER LITERACY:Excellent command of Ms Applications; Open to learn other IT applications used in the daily business COMPETENCIES NEEDED: Good understanding in automotive / vehicle logistics quality standards Experience in working with logistics service providers, carriers, automotive customers Strong knowledge of quality and problem-solving methods and tools Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills Ability to work independently, effectively in an international and cross-functional environment – willingness to travel within Europe Customer focus, performance orientation, pro-active attitude. Core Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve vehicle logistics quality across European markets, including transportation, terminals, compounds, workshops, and logistics service providers. Monitor performance and customer issues, conduct audits and investigations, drive corrective actions and process improvements, and report on quality while collaborating with internal teams and country organizations.

Requirements

A university or college degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or quality management—or equivalent experience—is requested, along with several years of relevant supply chain or logistics quality experience; automotive or finished vehicle logistics experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of automotive logistics quality standards, service-provider and carrier management, quality problem-solving methods, strong analytical and communication skills, fluent English, Microsoft Applications proficiency, and willingness to travel within Europe.
