Your role As ROV Project Engineer, you will join the ROV Unit within our Technical Department. This department is responsible for the maintenance, repair and modification of our vessels, yards and equipment, ensuring that Allseas receives the technical service and support needed for safe, efficient and innovative operations onshore and offshore. Based in our Delft office, you will provide technical and project support throughout the lifecycle of our ROV operations. Your work will range from preparing ROV systems for mobilisation to supporting offshore tooling activities and helping develop practical, innovative technical solutions. What You Will Be Doing Prepare mobilisations of ROV equipment on Allseas and third-party vessels. Coordinate maintenance, repair and technical support for complex mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems. Support subsea ROV and tooling operations in close cooperation with vessel teams, project teams and offshore colleagues. Contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions, improved working methods and new technologies. Help ensure equipment readiness, operational reliability and technical quality throughout ongoing projects. What we expect from you What We Are Looking For A technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline. Experience gained in a nautical, naval, offshore, aerospace or technical maintenance environment. ROV operational experience and/or subsea tooling experience would be a strong advantage. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach. Curiosity, ownership and the drive to learn, improve and make a visible contribution to offshore operations. Core Responsibilities

Prepare ROV equipment for mobilisation and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Support subsea ROV and tooling operations, contribute to technical improvements, and help maintain equipment readiness and operational reliability across projects.

Requirements

A technical degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline is required, along with experience in a nautical, naval, offshore, aerospace, or technical maintenance environment. ROV operations or subsea tooling experience is an advantage; the role also calls for a proactive, communicative, practical, and curious approach.
