As Process Controller, you are the link between systems, processes, the work floor, and transport partners. You keep orders and processes aligned, monitor the daily flow, set priorities, and act when the operation moves away from plan. You work closely with internal teams, the Supervisor, and external carriers. Clear communication, prioritization, and bringing people together around the right solution are key. You do not need to know everything already. We are looking for logistics experience, the right attitude, and the ambition to develop further in systems, processes, and operational planning. What you will do: · Prepare and balance orders and waves, while monitoring capacity, progress, and priorities. · Identify and resolve system, process, and order-flow issues, and determine what needs attention first. · Coordinate planning, priorities, and changes with the work floor and carriers, including pick-ups and dock planning. · Inform, involve, and influence internal and external stakeholders to get the right actions taken. · Support the Supervisor with operational structures and improvements, and translate customer exceptions into clear Standard Work. · Perform administrative and control-room activities. You will not always have formal authority. You will, however, make sure the right information, priority, and action reach the right person at the right time. Experience in warehouse operations, transport, planning, inventory control, or a similar logistics function is a strong foundation. WMS, TMS, and Excel experience is a plus. Strong English communication skills (C1) are required. What you can expect: · €2,700–€3,000 gross per month full-time, depending on experience · 28 vacation days per year, with possibility to gain 2 days extra · 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme, and travel reimbursement up to €220 per month depending on distance · Day shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, evening shifts and Saturdays may be requested occasionally · Team bonus of up to €225 per month full-time · Development in logistics systems, processes, and planning · A broad range of activities and direct influence on daily operations · Frequent contact with internal teams and external transport partners · A practical organization with short communication lines · Work in a sector contributing to biodiversity and nature conservation Are you ready for the next step? Core Responsibilities

Support the Supervisor with operational improvements, communicate actions to stakeholders, translate customer exceptions into Standard Work, and perform administrative control-room tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should have logistics experience, such as in warehouse operations, transport, planning, or inventory control, along with initiative, accuracy, practical and analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly under pressure. Strong English communication skills at C1 level are required; experience with WMS, TMS, and Excel is an advantage, and a specific education requirement is not stated.
