Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Breakfast Employee to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests in the morning, ensuring they start their day with a warm welcome and a great breakfast experience. This position requires availability for early morning shifts, with start times at 05:30 or 06:00 AM. If you enjoy early shifts, creating a friendly atmosphere, and delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you.. Responsibilities Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service Serve food and beverages according to company standards Keep the buffet clean, stocked, and well‑presented Clear and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining area Perform stewarding tasks such as washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the back of house Receive, check, and store deliveries and orders following organisational procedures Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines Qualifications Hospitality experience is a plus but not required Positive, proactive, and guest‑focused attitude Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage Willing to work early mornings at 5:30! Ability to handle both guest-facing and back-of-house tasks Additional Information What do we offer you? Core Responsibilities

Prepare the breakfast area, welcome and serve guests, maintain a clean and well-stocked buffet, and clear tables. Handle stewarding and delivery tasks while collaborating with the service and kitchen teams and following hygiene and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Hospitality experience is helpful but not required; candidates should have a positive, proactive, guest-focused attitude and a good command of English. Applicants must be willing to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 or 6:00 AM and be comfortable with both guest-facing and back-of-house duties.
