Your core focus will be our webshop, where conversion rate is the key metric you'll be moving - every test, hypothesis, and optimization ultimately ties back to turning more visitors into customers. This role calls for both creativity and critical thinking. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as GA4 and Medallia DXA are essential - you'll use these to monitor and analyze web performance daily, spotting friction points and performance issues early so they can feed directly into the testing roadmap.
