Job Description

Are you a supply chain professional who enjoys balancing customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing OEM business across Europe. In this role, you will act as the vital link between warehouse operations, logistics providers, commercial teams, and customers, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and customers receive excellent service. You will also play an important role in driving process digitalization and continuous improvement across the European supply chain. The role will be based in Utrecht, Netherland and will report to the Senior Demand Planning & Customer Supply Chain Manager, Ambient OEM, Europe. Your Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities across Europe. Manage customer orders, deliveries, returns, and claims to ensure excellent service levels. Monitor stock levels, perform stock reconciliations, and manage ageing or obsolete inventory. Arrange transport bookings and track shipments to ensure timely customer deliveries. Act as the key point of contact between customers, warehouse partners, logistics providers, and internal teams. Support process improvements, EDI integration, and supply chain digitalization initiatives. Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with supply chain and trade requirements Why Choose Us? About You: Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or order management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage) and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent Dutch and professional written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Relevant education, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field. Requirements

Candidates should have experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or order management, along with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Dutch fluency and professional written and spoken English are required; ERP and Microsoft Office experience is expected, SAP is an advantage, and relevant education, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience is sought.
