Are you the person who makes sure the operation keeps moving? We are looking for an Outbound Floor Lead who takes responsibility on the work floor and helps ensure that our B2C outbound operation runs smoothly every day. Our outbound department handles a high frequency of orders. This requires someone who can move quickly, keep an overview, and take action when the operation requires it. As Floor Lead, you are the first point of contact on the work floor. You work closely with the Outbound Supervisor and support the daily management of the team. You are visible on the floor, monitor progress, and make sure employees know what needs to be done. You do not need to be an experienced manager. We are mainly looking for someone who takes initiative, shows ownership, and does not wait to act when action is needed. What you will do? Lead, support, and guide outbound employees during the daily operation Allocate tasks and ensure effective staffing and order flow Monitor progress, quality, productivity, and work pace Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues Address employees regarding agreements, behaviour, quality, and work attitude Ensure safety and compliance with work and process agreements Keep the Outbound Supervisor informed about progress, issues, and challenges Contribute ideas for practical improvements in processes and collaboration Help create a positive, professional, and results-oriented team environment The Supervisor remains ultimately responsible for the operation. Other Requirements: Own transportation Communicative level of English (A2 level or higher) Willingness to work in shifts In general, 07:00 – 16:00, once every few weeks 13:00 – 22:00 During peak seasons (November till February) 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00 alternating bi-weekly What you can expect? Requirements

The role requires initiative, ownership, clear and respectful communication, a practical and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to stay calm and maintain oversight during busy periods. Logistics or leadership experience is a plus but not required; candidates must have their own transportation, communicative English at A2 level or higher, and be willing to work shifts.
