Key Responsibilities Create, review, and evaluate scientific content and datasets for AI/LLM training. Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning, clarity, and scientific correctness. Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguity, bias, and hallucinations in model outputs. Develop and validate scientific questions, problems, solutions, and evaluation guidelines. Conduct research and collaborate with AI/ML, data, and linguistic teams to improve model performance. Requirements PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field. Strong analytical, research, and scientific reasoning skills. Excellent scientific writing and communication abilities. Experience in academic research, publications, laboratory/computational research, or scientific analysis. Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs or AI evaluation is a plus. Qualifications PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Experience in scientific research, academic or technical writing, and the ability to evaluate scientific content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity.
