Role Description As an E-commerce Intern at Beerwulf®, you will support the day-to-day operations of the online shop and contribute to improving the customer journey. Typical tasks include assisting with product listings, updating content and pricing, monitoring stock and sales performance, and helping optimize onsite merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The internship also includes supporting data analysis, reporting on key e-commerce metrics, and contributing ideas to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction. This is an internship role with a hybrid working arrangement, based in the Amsterdam Area with some work from home possible. Qualifications Strong interest in Commerce and e-commerce operations, with a basic understanding of online retail environments. Analytical skills to work with data, interpret performance metrics, and support decision-making. Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Customer Service mindset, with an ability to empathize with customers and help improve their online experience. Sales awareness, including an understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and promotion effectiveness. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field). Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Eligibility to work in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.

Core Responsibilities

Support the online shop by maintaining product listings, content, and pricing; monitoring stock and sales; and assisting with merchandising and promotions. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics, analyze e-commerce metrics, and contribute ideas to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Applicants should have a strong interest in commerce and e-commerce, analytical ability, clear communication, a customer-service mindset, and awareness of sales techniques. They must be enrolled in or have recently completed a relevant bachelor's or master's program, be proactive and detail-oriented, speak fluent English, and be eligible to work in the Netherlands for the internship.
