Your role in the journey As F&B Supervisor, you will lead by example, train and guide your team, and ensure every guest experiences Authentic Luxury. Core Responsibilities

Lead daily operations at Grand Café Krasnapolsky, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Motivate, train, and coach team members while supporting inventory management, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in food and beverage departments, natural leadership skills, and experience managing a team. Strong communication and organizational abilities, a hands-on and stress-resistant approach, and excellent English are required; Dutch is an advantage.
