Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Technical Support Intern in Hoofddorp office. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Intern with technical background. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer network basics, Office Software, and fluent English. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Daily Business Operation Support: Assist team members to proceed product or software testing and output test report Assist in troubleshooting and handling after-sales issues Online product information platform maintenance Sample material image processing and calibration used for AI Algorithm machine training. Assist in shooting product demonstration video or operation guidance video Provide technical assistance to team members as needed Qualifications: Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology educational background. Or other major backgrounds with computer & network related Knowledge Able to intern for more than six consecutive months, at least 3 working days per week. Technical Skills: Experience in video shooting & editing is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferably Chinese and English speaker Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Core Responsibilities

Support daily operations by testing products and software, preparing test reports, troubleshooting after-sales issues, and maintaining the online product information platform. Process and calibrate images for AI training, help create product demonstration and guidance videos, and provide technical assistance to team members.

Requirements

Applicants should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or have relevant computer and networking knowledge. They must be available for at least six consecutive months and at least three working days per week, with strong English communication skills; Chinese, PowerPoint proficiency, and video production experience are preferred.
