Job Description
Your mission You’ll be the first point of contact for people navigating life in a new country: answering questions through chat and helping with practical topics such as visas, housing, relocation processes and local policies. As an International Mobility Agent, you will support relocated employees (Global Employees) via live chat during their transition abroad. You’ll assist with day-to-day inquiries, help resolve ad-hoc issues, provide information on local options, and coordinate requests to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. What you'll be doing Carry out all incoming questions and requests from our GEs; Closely communicate with our partners from all over the world; Provide clear, practical solutions to everyday relocation questions; Log customer requests accurately and route them to internal handlers or partners when needed; Offer friendly, accurate, and personalized guidance based on local knowledge and guidelines; Communicating directly with the GE in an empathic and understanding way; What we’re looking for Resilient & Energized by Repetitive Tasks (such as routine data entry, administrative workflows, and maintaining daily consistency across housing and mobility processes); Excellent Time Management & Task Prioritization; Resourceful & Self-Directed; Friendly & Empathetic Communication Skills; What’s in it for you A position within a growing start-up; Room for initiative and improvements; Opportunities to grow your skills in customer service and relocation support; A place in an exciting, young working team where we love to joke around Company lunch, fun activities including (sports) events, Friday drinks, and more!
