To strengthen our Lifecycle Services team, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager Service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service sales and executing strategic plans within your designated region being Benelux, Spain, Portugal and France. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key customer accounts, and develop new business opportunities to achieve regional targets. Working closely with cross-functional teams and service partners, you will ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. As Area Sales Manager Service, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success and regional business growth, contributing to CSi's journey of servitisation, service transformation, and asset management excellence - where services, reliability, and long-term customer value creation are central to our strategy. This is a customer-facing role, with approximately 50% of your working time spent travelling to customers and sites. Thanks to the regional nature of the role, around 80% of your working days will allow you to return home in the evening, with overnight stays required only occasionally. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Strategy Planning Define regional service sales potentials and strategy in line with the LS Global Strategy. Develop and implement regional sales plans and actions to meet targets. Service Sales Management Achieve defined regional sales targets. Manage and utilize service partners effectively within your region. Prepare and negotiate proposals to professionalize service sales. Business Development & Account Management Identify and develop new leads and opportunities. Understand customer profiles and their asset management policies. Define and execute customer sales plans. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through appropriate service agreements. Cross-functional Collaboration & Teamwork Collaborate closely with Inside Sales and Project Teams to hand over opportunities and finalize proposals. Understand how LS products and services impact customer productivity (OEE). Develop a joint strategy to optimize service offerings and product reliability. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Automation and/or Business Administration. Strong technical and commercial knowledge in material handling within the FMCG industry. Experience with cross-functional regional collaboration. Proficiency in CRM, CMMS and ERP systems. Knowledge of CSi products and asset management principles is an advantage. Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Automation and/or Business Administration is required, along with strong technical and commercial knowledge of material handling in the FMCG industry and experience in regional cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should be proficient with CRM, CMMS, and ERP systems; knowledge of CSi products and asset management is an advantage, as are strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
