The New Ways is an international distributor of premium lifestyle and accessory brands, and the company behind G-Rollz, a globally recognised brand built on collaborations with cultural icons including Banksy, Hello Kitty, Narcos and Jimi Hendrix. Sold in more than 60 countries and one of the fastest-growing names in our category, we develop our products in-house and manage the full chain from design and sourcing through to manufacture and delivery. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to own the flow of our products from supplier to customer. You make sure orders are placed on time, shipments arrive and clear customs without issues, every invoice is checked and accounted for, and the warehouse keeps up with what comes in and goes out. It suits someone who is highly organised, precise with details, and persistent in following things through to the end. Responsibilities Logistics & customs Be the main point of contact for suppliers, forwarders and shippers Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments worldwide, and act quickly on delays or missing paperwork Arrange customs clearance with forwarders and brokers, and make sure all import documents are correct Keep timelines for production runs, shipments, product launches and trade shows up to date Invoices & follow-through Check supplier, freight and customs invoices against orders and agreed rates Keep a clear overview of what has been paid and what is outstanding, working closely with finance Make sure every request and open item is followed up, and report to management on status and bottlenecks Warehouse & planning (roughly a quarter of your time) Plan the work of the warehouse team so orders go out on time Keep stock levels accurate and flag low or slow-moving stock early Support purchase planning and keep production and shipment timelines up to date Requirements 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain or a comparable role Working knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms and import documentation Comfortable with numbers and administration, including checking invoices and tracking payments Highly organised and accurate, with a direct, proactive communication style Calm under pressure and used to fast-moving, small-team environments Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus Full-time, on-site in the Amsterdam area

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate worldwide inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, supplier communications, and production and delivery timelines. Verify supplier, freight, and customs invoices, track payments and outstanding items, and support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and purchase planning.

Requirements

Requires 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or a comparable role, along with working knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and import documentation. Candidates should be organised, accurate, comfortable with numbers and administration, proactive in communication, and fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
