As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a KYC & Operations Support Specialist to join our Amsterdam team. The Role As our KYC & Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll support client onboarding, maintain KYC records, assist with trade confirmations, and provide administrative support to finance and operations. This is a standalone role with a high degree of ownership and visibility. You'll work closely with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders, making sure processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Manage client onboarding and KYC reviews. Collect, verify, and maintain client documentation. Conduct background checks and prepare risk assessments. Support periodic client reviews and remediation activities. Respond to KYC-related queries from brokers and colleagues. Prepare and send trade confirmations and booking documentation. Support operational processes and maintain accurate records. Assist with invoice administration and finance-related tasks. Stay up to date with AML, sanctions, and WWFT requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level. 1-3 years of experience in KYC, compliance, operations, administration, finance support, or client onboarding. Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work. A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High integrity and professionalism. Fluent English; another European language is a plus. Based in Amsterdam or within commuting distance. Core Responsibilities

Manage client onboarding, KYC reviews, documentation, background checks, risk assessments, and periodic reviews while responding to KYC-related queries. Prepare trade confirmations and booking documents, support operational and finance administration, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level, with 1–3 years of experience in KYC, compliance, operations, administration, finance support, or client onboarding. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, professional, able to work independently and manage priorities, fluent in English, and based in or near Amsterdam; another European language is a plus.
