Key responsibilities: Processing orders for export air freight shipments, including preparing all necessary shipping documents for our charter flights Verifying shipment data, cargo acceptance and warehouse processes at the airport Confirming export declaration details and forwarding them to customs Acting as the point of contact for customers in day-to-day business regarding dispatch queries Ensuring compliance with air freight security regulations Monitoring and supporting aircraft handling Notifying our colleagues abroad of shipments via AWB Processing returns and import shipments Your profile: Professional experience in the handling of air freight shipments and charter flights Completed commercial training; training in freight forwarding/logistics is desirable Additional qualification in customs or professional experience in customs clearance Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and transport management systems Structured and independent working style, including when working from home Assertiveness, team spirit and enthusiasm Very good written and spoken English High level of commitment, dedication and resilience We offer: A full time position in a growing and highly successful logistics company A challenging and varied role within a motivated team 5-day working week (Mon-Fri) on the late shift An open corporate culture Competitive remuneration Personal development and training opportunities Are you the right fit for our team? Core Responsibilities

Process export air freight and charter shipments, prepare shipping documents, verify cargo and warehouse processes, and coordinate export declarations with customs. Support customers and overseas colleagues, ensure air freight security compliance, monitor aircraft handling, and process returns and imports.

Requirements

Candidates should have professional experience handling air freight shipments and charter flights, along with completed commercial training; freight forwarding or logistics training is desirable. Additional customs qualifications or clearance experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and transport management systems, strong English, and a structured, independent, resilient, and collaborative approach are sought.
