Role Summary Design and implement state-of-the-art warehouse solutions in different European countries. Translate new business needs into leading warehousing solutions. Operate in a team of advanced logistics experts that design and implement logistics solutions for Samsung SDS customers. Key Responsibilities Have a leading role in designing, improving and implementing detailed and specialized warehouse design, including facility, layout, automation technology, process, system and resource calculation for (new) SDS warehouses in Europe. Support new business projects for Samsung SDS in Europe. Participate in innovation projects in current SDS warehouses in Europe, including new technologies like Digital Twin. Understand and analyze customer data, translate into understandable process improvements and innovations. Act as consultant for local warehouse operations teams and share competences with colleagues in different countries. Gather information regarding new technology, design systems and market trends and apply this knowledge into new and suitable solutions. Requirements For this role we are looking for a candidate who is capable of converting business requirements in innovative warehouse solutions, detailed design of warehouse layout and warehouse processes. Our ideal candidate has excellent creative and analytical skills and is a flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality. Master degree in Logistics/SCM or from a technical university; 5-8 years of experience in logistics engineering (warehouse layout and process design) and/or data analysis; 3+ years experience in a LSP environment and relevant role; Conceptual and analytical thinker with the perseverance to finish what you start; Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative new opportunities and deliver targets; A proficient level of English; Good MS Office skills; Experience with warehouse design tools; Open to other cultures and social environment; Travelling will be required in this role. Core Responsibilities

Lead the design, improvement, and implementation of warehouse facilities, layouts, automation, processes, systems, and resource plans for Samsung SDS operations in Europe. Support new business and innovation projects, analyze customer data, advise local operations teams, and apply knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.

Requirements

A master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a technical discipline is sought, along with 5–8 years of logistics engineering or data analysis experience and at least 3 years in a relevant logistics service provider role. Candidates should bring strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, proficient English, Microsoft Office and warehouse design tool experience, and openness to travel and working across cultures.
