For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives. Create joint marketing plans and campaigns with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners. Plan and execute partner events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and other demand generation activities. Support partners with marketing materials, campaigns, product launches, and sales tools. Manage market development funds (MDF) and co-marketing activities in coordination with Sales and channel partners. Generate leads through joint activities with channel partners, and coordinate lead follow-up and campaign reporting with Sales. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to support channel business growth. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing. Experience in the IT or technology industry; data center experience is highly preferred. Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies and campaigns. Hands-on experience planning and executing events. Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or other channel partners. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Requirements

Requires 3–5 years of channel or partner marketing experience, preferably in technology or data centers, with a track record of executing campaigns and events alongside channel partners. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, as is fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
