YOUR MISSION As our Affiliate Manager, you will be the growth engine connecting world-class affiliates with top-tier offers. You will identify new opportunities, optimize performance, and grow relationships that deliver long-term, measurable results. Your goal: turn good campaigns into record-breakers and your own performance into uncapped earnings. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in affiliate marketing with at least 2-years of hands-on work. An AM with an interesting portfolio of direct media buyers and teams within these verticals: sweepstakes, igaming, leadgen, Anti-Virus and Telehealth/nutra. A deep understanding of online traffic, conversion funnels, and tracking technology. An analytical mindset with a commercial edge: you can read data, close deals, and spot trends before others do. Creative, driven, and solution-oriented; you do not wait for opportunities, you create them. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Core Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with affiliates, media buyers, and teams, connecting them with suitable offers and identifying new growth opportunities. Optimize campaign performance, analyze results, and scale partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates need at least two years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience and an established portfolio of direct media buyers or teams in sweepstakes, iGaming, lead generation, antivirus, or telehealth/nutra. They should understand online traffic, conversion funnels, and tracking technology, bring analytical and commercial skills, and be fluent in English.
