Everest B.V. is a multi-country buying office based in Amsterdam which focusses on negotiations with top international FMCG A-brand suppliers for its partners EDEKA, Picnic and Aura. Your responsibilities Your tasks include negotiations with the largest international FMCG suppliers, you are the ultimate and final responsible in all activities for all markets You manage the constant relationships with the buyers and category managers of Everest partners and develop concepts to meet their demands You will be a strategic member in the implementation of processes and structures of buying organization at Everest You actively drive and monitor the continuous improvement of buying processes through analyses of relevant data & KPI Your qualification You have at least 5 years’ experience in the area of international buying in food retail or in sales for international / leading national FMCG companies You possess very good communication skills in English, German and French (optional: Dutch) to deal with multinational partners & suppliers You are on fire for the challenge to develop the leading international FMCG buying office organization You are a problem-solver and entrepreneur who converts visions into actions and thinks out of the box You are able to multitask, work under pressure and deliver accurate results on tight deadlines Interested? Core Responsibilities

Negotiate with major international FMCG suppliers and manage relationships with partner buyers and category managers across all markets. Help implement the buying organization’s processes and structures, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing relevant data and KPIs.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in international buying in food retail or sales for international or leading national FMCG companies is required. Candidates should have strong English and German communication skills, with French optional and Dutch an advantage, as well as problem-solving, entrepreneurial, multitasking, and deadline-management abilities.
