Role As a Lead Logistic Handler Picking & Putaway, you play a key role in our Logistics operation. Together with your team, you contribute to our primary goal: Picking customer orders with the right quality and quantities, ensuring that the orders are shipped and delivered to our customers on time and in full. About About the role As a Lead, you are responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting, and guiding team members, and ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively. You monitor priorities, maintain productivity and quality standards, and help create an environment where employees can perform at their best. In addition to achieving operational targets, you actively contribute to the development of the team. Daily Tasks Organizes shift start-up and end-of-shift meetings. Support, guide, and coach team members in their daily activities and development. Delegate tasks, assign colleagues to specific activities, and adjust priorities based on workload and operational demands. Monitor progress, productivity, and quality within the department. Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks. Report operational updates and department performance to the Team Leader. Cooperate closely with Support Engineers, Planners, and other Logistics departments. Execute 5S-related activities and report unsafe or hazardous situations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Promote a positive, flexible, and collaborative team culture. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate daily picking and putaway operations by organizing shift meetings, assigning tasks, adjusting priorities, and monitoring productivity and quality. Coach and support team members, resolve operational issues, report performance, promote safety and continuous improvement, and collaborate with other logistics functions.

Requirements

The role requires strong leadership, communication, coaching, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with accountability, adaptability, and attention to safety and quality. Candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and work a two-shift schedule.
