Ensure a strong and scalable supply chain for the most critical high-tech chain qualifications. Rapid growth in the semiconductor and high-tech industries requires a supply chain that can scale quickly without compromising on quality. As a Tactical Buyer at Lamers (Aalberts advanced mechatronics), you are the driving force behind tactical procurement and supply base development. You will guide major change processes (such as 6-month changes on High Volume Manufacturing products) and the restructuring of our supplier pool to meet ASML’s strictest quality requirements at minimal cost. Your challenge You focus on structuring, qualifying, and managing supply chain processes. You set the right conditions and actively drive continuity, capacity, and cost reduction. Supply Chain Transfers & Qualification: Guide intensive transfer processes and supplier qualification trajectories according to our customer’s strict processes and quality requirements. Process Safeguarding: Execute labor-intensive, process-driven steps to ensure changes to HVM products run smoothly at minimal cost. Supplier Development: Identify capacity or cleanliness requirement bottlenecks (Grade 1-4) at suppliers and help elevate them to a higher level. Commercial & Tactical Agreements: Negotiate long-term contract terms, lead times, and pricing agreements. The Aalberts way Aalberts is built on entrepreneurship. Your profile Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Commercial Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Experience in tactical procurement, supplier management, or project-based purchasing within a technical manufacturing environment. Strong process and analytical skills: you maintain an overview in complex qualification trajectories and follow up on steps meticulously. Highly articulate and communicative: you are decisive, skilled in negotiation, and adept at balancing competing interests. NEVI 1 or 2 is a plus, but the drive to make strides in your professional development is decisive. Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, ideally in Commercial Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Candidates should have experience in tactical procurement, supplier management, or project-based purchasing in technical manufacturing, along with strong process, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; NEVI 1 or 2 is a plus.
