Ready to make beauty brands impossible to scroll past? We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to grow the digital presence of Vynevo’s portfolio of beauty and wellness brands. You’ll turn each brand’s distinct personality into content, campaigns and conversations that connect with consumers. Working closely with our Marketing, Studio and E-commerce teams, you’ll own the social calendar, lead digital campaigns and use performance insights to keep improving what we create. What you’ll do Develop and execute digital and social media plans for Vynevo’s brands across international markets. Own content calendars, from product launches and campaigns to always-on storytelling. Brief and collaborate with our Studio team on photography, video, copy and social content. Manage social channels and build engaged communities around each brand. Develop influencer and creator partnerships, from selection and briefing to content delivery and results. Plan, manage and optimize paid social campaigns in collaboration with the E-commerce team. Track reach, engagement, traffic and conversion, turning insights into stronger creative and smarter campaigns. Stay close to beauty culture, platform trends and consumer behaviour, bringing fresh ideas to the team. What you bring 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle. A strong feel for brand storytelling and the ability to give different brands their own voice. Hands-on experience creating social strategies, managing content calendars and running campaigns. Confidence with Instagram and TikTok, plus a good understanding of paid social and digital analytics. Experience working with creators, agencies and creative teams. A creative eye, strong writing skills and the confidence to use data to improve your work. An organized, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to manage several brands and launches at once. Requirements

Applicants should have at least four years of digital marketing and social media experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle, with hands-on experience in social strategy, content calendars, and campaigns. They should be confident with Instagram and TikTok, understand paid social and analytics, collaborate effectively with creators and creative teams, and have strong writing, organizational, and data-informed decision-making skills; fluent English is required.
