Role Overview As a Syndicated Loan Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the syndication and distribution of loan transactions across SFI Markets' growing Loan Capital Markets platform. Working closely with the Loan Capital Markets team, investors, and internal stakeholders, you will help drive primary distribution activities while developing deep expertise within the syndicated loan market. Key Responsibilities Syndication & Distribution Support: Support the Loan Capital Markets team in the syndication and distribution of loan transactions across a global investor base. Investor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, supporting ongoing client engagement and distribution efforts. Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of syndicated loan transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.. Market Intelligence Analysis & Data Pipeline Management: Monitor market developments, investor appetite, pricing trends, and comparable transactions to support commercial decision-making. Maintain accurate deal pipelines, investor databases, market updates, and transaction records to support business development activities. Product Knowledge Development: Continuously deepen your understanding of syndicated loans, credit markets, and capital market products to become a trusted resource within the team. What You'll Bring Experience: 2+ years of experience within capital markets, debt capital markets (DCM), syndications, fixed income sales, credit markets, or a related financial markets environment. Career Stage: Junior to mid-level professional with the ambition, capability, and potential to develop into a fully independent sales professional within the next 12 months. Commercial Mindset with Professional Presence: Strong interest in financial markets, investor engagement, and building long-term client relationships. Articulate, confident, and credible when interacting with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders. Requirements
Requires at least 2 years of experience in capital markets, debt capital markets, syndications, fixed income sales, credit markets, or a related financial markets environment. The candidate should be commercially minded, articulate, proactive, accountable, collaborative, and fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
