Job Description

Location: Oldenzaal Apply now What you can expect ROSEN Europe, based in Oldenzaal, Netherlands, seeks to employ an International Sales Manager to support the company’s growth across several key markets within Central & Eastern Europe. This role will focus on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth throughout the assigned territory. Mission To drive revenue growth across our pipeline (cleaning, inspection, integrity services) services portfolio through both Outside Sales (new customer acquisition) and Account Management (assigned portfolio of existing accounts). Through a combination of new customer acquisition and strategic account management, you will play a key role in expanding ROSEN's market presence and strengthening long-term customer partnerships across Central & Eastern Europe. Your Responsibilities The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following: Developing and implementing annual sales plans and growth strategies for the assigned territory; Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities; Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and opportunity forecast in the CRM system; Monitoring market developments, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends within the region; Developing and communicating compelling customer value propositions that align ROSEN's solutions with customer business objectives and challenges; Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Regional Sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions; Supporting contract negotiations and commercial discussions with customers and stakeholders; Providing regular sales performance updates and market intelligence to the Head of Sales and Head of Commercial; Representing ROSEN professionally during customer meetings, industry events, and conferences; Ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures, and commercial governance requirements; Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing market knowledge across the organization. What you will bring We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry and experience in international business development. The successful candidate will combine commercial expertise, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to business growth to strengthen ROSEN's presence within the assigned Central & Eastern European markets. Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably within pipeline integrity, inspection, engineering, or related technical services; Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development within international markets; Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships; Self-motivated and proactive with a strong commercial mindset; Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and market conditions; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Additional European languages relevant to the territory are considered an advantage; Willingness and ability to travel internationally +30% is required; Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications; You must be available for 40 hours per week and living within a driving distance of Oldenzaal max 1 hour. Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans across Central and Eastern Europe, growing revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic management of existing accounts. Maintain the sales pipeline and forecasts, monitor markets, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate across teams, and report sales performance and market intelligence.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least five years of oil and gas industry experience, preferably in pipeline integrity, inspection, engineering, or related technical services, along with proven international sales and business development experience. They must be fluent in English, able to travel internationally more than 30%, proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, available for 40 hours per week, and live within a one-hour drive of Oldenzaal.
