About The Role As Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator, you make sure our LED products, spare parts and project materials reach customers across EMEA on time, with the right paperwork and at the right cost. You'll own transport coordination and shipment visibility, working with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers, and act as the link between Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance and Sales. You report to the Customer Service Manager and work on site. Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipments and transportation of products, spare parts, samples and project materials across EMEA Make sure shipping documentation is accurate and compliant Track shipments and keep internal teams and customers updated on delivery status Support the RMA Team Lead in managing the RMA (returns and repairs) process Consolidate and verify all courier and logistics costs across EMEA Regularly evaluate and compare logistics providers on service quality and pricing Prevent and resolve delivery disruptions and avoidable costs Help update and maintain logistics SOP documents What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping or transport coordination; international transport experience is a plus Education in logistics, supply chain, international trade or a related field preferred Hands-on experience with transport coordination and shipping documentation Working knowledge of Incoterms and export logistics Experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools Experience managing carriers and logistics providers Chinese language skills are highly preferred due to regular communication with HQ, Good written and spoken English skills Strong problem-solver with a sense of urgency and disciplined follow-up Well organized, with clear and proactive communication Compensation & Benefits Fixed base salary Fulltime position 23 Vacation days per year + 8% Holiday allowance Mileage allowance INFiLED is a leading high-tech enterprise specialized in developing and manufacturing large LED video equipment. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate EMEA shipments of products, spare parts, samples, and project materials, ensuring accurate documentation, shipment visibility, and timely delivery. Support returns and repairs, verify logistics costs, assess providers, resolve delivery disruptions, and maintain logistics procedures.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of experience in logistics, shipping, or transport coordination, with hands-on experience in transport coordination and shipping documentation. Knowledge of Incoterms, export logistics, ERP systems, shipment tracking, and carrier management is sought; relevant education and Chinese language skills are preferred, along with good written and spoken English.
