About the Role We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our team in Mijdrecht. You will be the go-to person for keeping our product and pricing data accurate, setting up new articles in our systems, and answering technical product questions from customers and colleagues. You work closely with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain - bridging your microbiological knowledge with a strong eye for data. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain local master data across systems; set up new articles and pricing Handle the physical setup of articles, including paperwork and labelling Answer technical product questions from customers and internal teams Support customers with formulation needs and align them with our product portfolio Assist with complaint management and resolve data discrepancies Act as a reliable point of contact for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain Your Profile: You bring a scientific background, a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy being the person others can rely on for both technical knowledge and data accuracy. MBO/HBO level in microbiology, biology, or a related Life Sciences field 3–5 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of microbiological culture media and their application is important Experience with ERP systems or master data/article administration is a plus Accurate, structured, and proactive working style Fluent in Dutch and English Right to work in the Netherlands - no visa sponsorship or relocation support available

Core Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product and pricing master data, set up new articles in company systems, and manage related paperwork and labelling. Answer technical product questions, support customer formulation needs, assist with complaints and data discrepancies, and coordinate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

A vocational or higher professional education level in microbiology, biology, or a related life sciences field is required, along with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of microbiological culture media and their applications is important; ERP or master data experience is an advantage, and fluency in Dutch and English is required.
