The Opportunity ZIMMERMANN is seeking an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator to join our team in Amsterdam, for a Store opening in December 2026. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail on the shop floor. Key Responsabilities To provide a superior client experience by executing omnichannel order fulfillment with accuracy and in a timely manner, and providing the assistance with all the stock functions, which includes receiving and transferring stock out, organizing and maintaining the BOH is pristine conditions, ensuring that the stock on hand in 100% accurate and if any discrepancies arise, to assist investigating the discrepancy in a timely manner. What you will bring The successful candidate will have a background in stock and in online fulfilment, hold strong multitasking skills and be a team player whilst enjoying a fast-paced work environment. They will also be analytical and thorough when referring to stock control. Core Responsibilities

Fulfill omnichannel orders accurately and promptly while supporting stock operations, including receiving and transferring inventory. Maintain an organized back-of-house area, ensure stock records are accurate, and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with stock and online fulfillment, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. They should also be analytical and thorough when managing stock control.
