Join our Team About this opportunity: The Assistant Technical Manager supports the Technical Manager in the operational and technical delivery of projects within the PacketData and VoLTE-Control portfolio. The role combines technical coordination, delivery follow-up, stakeholder management, and day-to-day governance of project execution across mobile data, packet core service enablement, IMS/VoLTE control, and related service platforms. The Assistant Technical Manager acts as a bridge between engineering teams, delivery coordination, project management, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful execution in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget targets. The role has partial portfolio responsibility and can act as deputy for the Technical Manager for assigned domains or during absence. What you will do: Support delivery performance across assigned portfolio areas, including milestones, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and budget consumption. Coordinate day-to-day execution of design, integration, migration, testing, implementation, and operational acceptance activities. Support forecasting, reporting, booked-hours justification, and prioritization of technical activities across local and remote teams. Coordinate technical documentation such as low-level designs, integration plans, migration procedures, change documentation, and methods of procedure. Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings covering project progress, operational issues, network changes, and new opportunities. Track operational KPIs, escalate risks or delivery issues, and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing. The skills you bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in telecom, network delivery, operations, or implementation environments. Experience in technical project coordination, delivery support, or customer-facing technical environments for PacketData, IMS/VoLTE-Control, and Core service domains. Hands-on experience with PacketData, VoLTE-Control, mobile data service platforms, Core integration, migration, testing, and operational acceptance activities. No VISA sponsorship available. Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field is requested, along with typically 5–8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have technical coordination or delivery experience in telecom environments and hands-on experience with PacketData, IMS/VoLTE-Control, mobile data platforms, core integration, migration, testing, and operational acceptance.
