Your Responsibilities Management of commercial properties (international) with a focus on office, retail and logistic properties Selection and management of service providers - in particular commercial and technical property management in Germany and abroad as well as development and maintenance of a corresponding network Management of letting processes - active involvement in lease negotiations Active support of major tenants Development and implementation of sustainable property strategies incl. Core Responsibilities

Manage an international portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and logistics assets, overseeing service providers, leasing, major tenant relationships, and property strategies incorporating ESG criteria. Lead property valuations, financial planning, reporting, and controlling, while identifying cost and yield improvements and overseeing expansion and modernization projects.

Requirements

Applicants should have a business administration degree or commercial training with an additional real estate qualification, plus several years of real estate experience, ideally in asset management for European portfolios. They should demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, cross-cultural openness, negotiation skills, understanding of fund accounting, strong MS Office skills, fluency in English and Dutch, and willingness to travel; German is an advantage.
