Core Responsibilities

Manage an independent schedule and execute warrants lawfully and professionally, collecting payments, negotiating arrangements, tracing absconders, and seizing goods for auction when required. Maintain compliance with legislation and company standards while delivering a firm but fair service to the public.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Enforcement Agent certificate and a full UK driving licence, and be available to work between 6am and 9pm. Strong communication skills, confidence dealing with people from diverse backgrounds, resilience, professionalism, and a self-employed mindset are required.
