Main purpose As a V.I.E. Online Retail Performance Project Manager within the Europe Region, you will support the performance tracking and reporting of Online Retail activities across European markets, covering both Web and CRC channels. Working closely with local markets, Finance and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to sales planning, forecasting and budget processes, while providing relevant analyses and insights to support business performance and decision-making. This V.I.E. assignment is a 12-month contract based in Amsterdam, with an ideal start date in January 2027. Are you a good match? For this V.I.E., we are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in Business, Finance, Retail or a related field, ideally combined with a first significant professional experience. You demonstrate strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business insights and recommendations. You are rigorous, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment. You have excellent command of Excel, and knowledge of Power BI or FP&A tools would be a strong plus. Fluency in English is required, while an additional European language would be appreciated. You are proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven, with strong communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in Luxury, Retail, Finance or Consulting would be considered a plus. What are we expecting from you? In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Build and maintain regional performance dashboards, ensuring consistency across markets and tools. Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly Online Retail performance across European markets for Web & CRC. Identify key trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations. Coordinate with CRC Managers on operational KPIs and contribute to monthly business reviews. Consolidate market-level forecasts into a regional view and monitor performance against budget. Act as a key point of contact between markets and Finance on Online Retail performance topics. Contribute to improvements in reporting tools and dashboards and analyze market and competitor benchmarks to identify best practices. More than a role… We recruit for a career! Core Responsibilities

Coordinate with local markets and Finance on forecasts, budgets, operational KPIs, business reviews, reporting improvements, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

A strong academic background in Business, Finance, Retail, or a related field is sought, ideally with an initial significant professional experience. Candidates should have strong analytical and financial skills, excellent Excel proficiency, fluency in English, and the ability to work rigorously with stakeholders in an international environment; Power BI, FP&A tools, and additional European languages are advantages.
