As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication Assist with reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks Deliver personalised guest experiences and create memorable moments throughout the guest journey Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment in line with brand standards Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems to support operational excellence Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach Enjoys working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment Available for an internship of at least 5–6 months Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage Interest in Front Office and guest relations Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage Eagerness to develop operational knowledge within a hotel environment Your Benefits & Perks Tasty meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Career opportunities across our hotels and corporate teams throughout Europe Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines. Core Responsibilities

Support the guest journey by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, requests, reservations, payments, and Front Office administration while delivering welcoming, personalized service. Coordinate with other hotel departments, maintain brand standards, and learn hotel procedures and systems to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme, communicate effectively in English, and be proactive, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a team and fast-paced environment. They must be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands and available for at least 5–6 months; hospitality experience, PMS familiarity, Dutch, and other languages are advantageous.
