As a Food and Beverage Operational Intern, you become part of the daily operation, delivering service on the floor while ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. This hands-on role allows you to build strong operational skills across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events, while gaining insight into how exceptional service drives guest satisfaction. Core Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations, welcoming guests and assisting with menus and dietary needs. Prepare and close service areas, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, and coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program, communicate well in spoken and written English, and be available for an internship of at least five months in the Netherlands. They should be proactive, flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about food, drinks, and guest service; prior hospitality experience and Dutch or another additional language are advantages.
