As our Food and Beverage Management Intern, you gain insight and experience in the execution of managerial duties while working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team. Core Responsibilities

Support the Food and Beverage Manager with daily operations across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event outlets, while helping coordinate teams and maintain service quality and brand standards. Contribute to commercial performance through upselling, promotions, and events, coach team members, engage guests, and lead assigned improvement projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program, communicate well in spoken and written English, and be available for an internship of at least five months in the Netherlands. The role calls for a proactive, organized learner with a passion for food, drinks, and guest service; prior hospitality experience, leadership interest, commercial awareness, and Dutch or another additional language are advantageous.
