Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Department: After-Sales Duration: 3-6 months (flexible) Working hours: 32-40 hours/week About The Role We are looking for an After-Sales Parts Intern to support our growing after-sales team in the Netherlands. You will assist with spare parts management and daily operational activities, while gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Support daily spare parts ordering, tracking and inventory management. Assist with monitoring parts availability and delivery status. Maintain and update spare parts data and records. Support communication with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams. Assist with after-sales reports, data analysis and administrative tasks. Support other projects and activities within the After-Sales team. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive, Business Administration or a related field. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proactive, responsible and willing to learn. Core Responsibilities

Support spare parts ordering, tracking, inventory management, and monitoring of parts availability and deliveries. Maintain parts records, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and assist with reporting, data analysis, administrative tasks, and team projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain, automotive, business administration, or a related field, and have a good command of written and spoken English. They should have strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and a proactive, responsible, and willing-to-learn attitude; an interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
