Job Description PACCAR Internal Audit is seeking a highly motivated Senior SOX Auditor to join our team in Eindhoven. This position involves interaction with (senior) management within the Controller’s organization, as well as regular engagement with our divisions, subsidiaries and external auditor. The Senior SOX Auditor will be responsible for the coordination and execution of PACCAR’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing program in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards (SOX 404 compliance). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public accounting and/or internal audit in a publicly traded company, along with strong project management and interpersonal skills. Job Functions / Responsibilities Coordinate the SOX control testing program, acting as the primary contact for process owners and the external auditor. Execute SOX testing procedures and review work papers of the SOX Team, including design & operating effectiveness testing, remediation test work, and roll-forward testing, in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards (SOX 404 compliance) across designated locations, entities, and divisions under the supervision of the SOX Manager. Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and build effective working relationships within the Finance department and with other stakeholders. Communicate control deficiencies to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Track, monitor and prepare overall SOX assessment status and findings for periodic reporting to DAF Senior Management and PACCAR Internal Audit. Collaborate with the Internal Audit group as necessary, including participating as a guest auditor or in participating as guest auditor activities. You will report to the SOX Manager and coach less experienced SOX Auditor(s). Your profile Master’s degree in accounting, finance and/or business economics. 8+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility (preferably with Big four public accounting and/or internal audit experience and SOX 404 compliance experience) A professional certification such as CPA (Dutch RA), CA, CIA, or ACCA is highly desirable Nature of the job requires an independent, pro-active and critical attitude with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as strong project management skills required to enable successful and timely project completion. PACCAR Internal Audit is reporting directly to the PACCAR Board of Directors through the Audit Committee and is responsible for managing Internal Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 Compliance. The department consists of a team of 40 professionals, with 31 team members headquartered in Bellevue, Washington state, USA and 9 team members based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The SOX 404 program activities will be mostly performed locally in Eindhoven at DAF, as well as at PACCAR Financial Europe Division and geographic locations, and involves to some extent continental as well as intercontinental travel opportunities. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute PACCAR’s SOX 404 control testing program, including reviewing work papers and testing control design, operating effectiveness, remediation, and roll-forward activities. Coordinate with process owners and external auditors, report control deficiencies and assessment results to management, collaborate with Internal Audit, and coach less experienced auditors.

Requirements

A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business economics and at least eight years of progressively responsible relevant experience are sought, preferably including Big Four public accounting, internal audit, and SOX 404 compliance. A CPA (Dutch RA), CA, CIA, or ACCA certification is highly desirable, along with strong communication, interpersonal, project management, independence, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to travel occasionally.
