About This Vacancy In this hands-on NPI role, you are responsible for testing, integrating and verifying advanced systems within a cleanroom environment. Your main responsibilities: Integrate and configure high-tech modules into complete systems Perform alignment, calibration and validation of systems against specifications Execute test procedures and analyze system performance at (sub)atomic level Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the NPI phase Document results and contribute to process improvement Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams Support the transfer from development to production (NPI phase) You play a key role in ensuring that new products meet all requirements before ramp-up and customer delivery. What We Expect From You Bachelor degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar) Experience with or strong affinity for testing and commissioning electromechanical systems Able to work with technical documentation, schematics and work instructions Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in tooling/programming (Python, MATLAB, PLC) is a plus Comfortable working in a high-tech cleanroom environment Structured, detail-oriented and proactive Good communication skills in English What You Can Expect From Us TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges. Core Responsibilities
Integrate and configure high-tech modules into complete systems, then align, calibrate, validate, and test them against specifications. Troubleshoot issues, document results, improve processes, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support the transfer of new products into production.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field is required, along with experience or a strong interest in testing and commissioning electromechanical systems. Candidates should be comfortable with technical documentation and cleanroom work, have strong analytical and communication skills, and may have experience or interest in Python, MATLAB, or PLC programming.
