We are looking for a versatile Quality & Security Manager to lead the quality and security landscape for our Benelux operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will occupy a pivotal position within our organization, acting as a strategic partner in ensuring that our operational maturity keeps pace with our growth. You will be the guardian of our standards, ensuring that our internal processes remain lean, our services stay at the highest quality, and our information assets are securely managed. By integrating Quality Assurance (QA) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS), you will contribute to the ongoing professionalization of our organization, providing a stable and scalable foundation for our continued success. Your tasks Quality Assurance (QA) Lead Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001) tailored to the Benelux market. Drive continuous improvement (PDCA) by analyzing business processes and optimizing them to support organizational growth. Lead audits and act as the primary point of contact for external certification bodies. Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process to ensure that quality deviations are addressed structurally. Define and monitor quality KPIs to report performance to the local management team. Security Management (ISMS) Own and evolve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust mitigation measures. Promote a culture of security by designing and delivering security awareness programs for all employees. Coordinate the response to information security incidents and drive the "lessons learned" process. Integrated Management Maintain a centralized and professional documentation structure (handbooks, policies, and SOPs). Provide direct reporting and strategic advice to the Managing Director on the state of quality and security (Management Reviews). Collaborate with global headquarters to align local operations with international corporate standards Your Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing quality and security frameworks, preferably within a high-tech or engineering environment. Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Experience with AQAP, ABDO, ABRO and Defense related quality standards are highly valued. An analytical thinker who loves structure and precision. You are a professional who can maintain high standards while remaining pragmatic in a business environment. Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken). Core Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the Benelux Quality Management System and Information Security Management System, including audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, incident response, and employee awareness. Maintain integrated management documentation, report on quality and security to the Managing Director, and align local operations with global standards.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required, along with proven experience managing quality and security frameworks. Candidates should have deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, excellent written and spoken Dutch and English, and executive-level communication skills; experience with defense-related standards is highly valued.
